Cancellation Policy

All policies must be acknowledged in order for services to begin. (1) Cancelation Policy – All walks can be canceled; however, if a cancellation is made within two hours of the scheduled walk, you will still be charged for the walk. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible, however, last-minute cancellations impact our schedule and availability for other clients. Please note: this policy does not include subscription holders, as the “cancelled” walk can roll over to next month’s services. In the case of extreme weather conditions, walks will be canceled for the safety of your pet and our walkers. Walks canceled due to extreme weather will be rescheduled to a different day at no additional fee. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather conditions require a change in your scheduled walk. (3) Refund Policy – There are no refunds once check-in services or subscription packages have begun. We strive to provide the best care and service for your pets, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns, please contact us so we can address them promptly.
